If you're not satisfied with your Motorola product for any reason, you can return it, no questions asked. To get a full refund, send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase. Check the
warranty
if you purchased your item more than 30 days ago to see what's covered.
Find your packing slip.
Find the checklist on the packing slip and check your reason(s) for returning the item. Please enclose the packing slip along with the item you're returning.
PLEASE NOTE: CDs or software should be in their original, unopened packages with the seals unbroken.

Please write your RA on the shipping box and all paperwork and ship the unit to the address above USING A TRACEABLE MEANS. (Shipping costs can unfortunately not be covered by Motorola)

We understand that many Customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our return period for the holidays.
Item shipped between November 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 may be returned until January 31, 2008 for a full refund.
