		View Step-by-Step Instructions Download PDF Instruction Guide (with Screen Shots) Setting up Verizon Wireless Sync Powered by Intellisync® Note:For these instructions, “LSK” refers to the Left Soft Key; “RSK” refers to the Right Soft Key on your Motorola Q. 1.If you haven’t already done so, go to http://www.wirelesssync.vzw.com to do the following: Create your Wireless Sync account. Click Register and then Setup Wireless Sync Now Make sure your phone is on, click “NEXT” and then follow the onscreen instructions. When prompted, enter a temporary password and then select an official password. Indicate which email accounts you want to use with this feature. (This may require info about your mail server from system administrator. If you would like to sync a POP3 or IMAP4 account using Wireless Sync,refer to Appendix A for list of common POP3 or IMAP4 settings) 2.On your Motorola Q, press Start and select Programs. 3.Select Wireless Sync. 4.Press Start and then wait a few minutes for the installation to complete. 5.When the following message appears on your device screen: “Have you created your Wireless Sync account yet?” select Yes-Continue. 6.Select Sync. (LSK) 7.When you sync the first time, authentication will fail since no password has been supplied.Press OK (LSK) when prompted to re-enter phone number and password. When the Authentication dialog box appears, enter the password for your Wireless Sync account. 8.When the First Synchronization dialog box appears, do one of the following based on the type of email account you set up: Corporate email or Both: Select Refresh. Internet email: Select Merge. Note: All email will be located in the Outlook® folder in the messaging application. 9.To customize your Wireless Sync settings, select Setup at the bottom of the screen, and then select Push/ReadySync.
