		View Step-by-Step Instructions Download PDF Instruction Guide (with Screen Shots) GoodLink™: Enables you to use a third party application on the Motorola Q to real time synchronize your corporate email. There is a fee associated with this service. GoodLink™ is an application that loads on the PDA or smartphone and enables you to receive your email as soon as the email is sent. In order to setup a GoodLink™ account, you must first contact your IT Administrator and request a Good® account. When you are registered for your Good® account, an email will be sent to your account that will include a pin. This 15 digit pin is necessary when installing the Good® application on the Motorola Q. Setting up GoodLink™ Note: For these instructions, “LSK” refers to the Left Soft Key; “RSK” refers to the Right Soft Key on your Motorola Q. 1.Press Start (LSK) 2.Select Internet Explorer. 3.Select Menu (RSK) 4.Select Address Bar 5.Type “https://get.good.com” in the address bar. Press Go (LSK) 6.Select [blank]. 7.Press Yes (RSK) when prompted to “Download the ´Get GoodLink SP2005.cab´?” Allow the file to download completely. 8.When the file download is complete, the file will automatically install on the device. When the installation is complete, Press OK. (LSK) 9.Select Next (LSK) to begin the GoodLink™ Download, Installation, and Connection. 10.When prompted to enter your email address, enter the email address that is linked to your GoodLink™ account. 11.When prompted to enter your 15 digit pin, enter the pin given to you in your “Welcome to GoodLink™” email. 12.Select your carrier in the Carrier field. 13.The application will go through Login, Download, and Install phases. 14.When prompted “Do you want to install GoodLink™ from Good Technology Inc.?” Press Yes. (LSK) 15.When prompted that “Smartphone2005.cab was successfully installed on your device.” Press Done. (LSK) 16.When prompted to “Launch GoodLink™ to connect to the server and complete the setup process. This will take a few minutes.“ Press Launch (LSK) 17.When prompted to “Press OK to reset your phone.” Press OK (LSK) 18.When prompted “Congratulations …” Press OK (Select Key)
