  Replace an Accessory
Spacer Spacer If you are having trouble with an accessory, and it is still covered under our One-Year Limited warranty, from the date of purchase in the United States, Motorola will replace it at no charge.

Three Easy Steps:
 
Step 1
Call the Motorola Customer Support Line: 1-866-BUY-MOTO (1-866-289-6686)
We're standing by to answer all your questions Monday through Friday from 7:00a.m. to 10:00 p.m, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m (CST).
 
Be sure to have either the part number and/or the part itself with you when you call.

Step 2
Ask your Motorola representative for an "RA" number.
Your Motorola representative will provide instructions on where to send your accessory back when you call.

Step 3
Send in your accessory
Please write your RA on the shipping box and all paperwork, and also include:
 
  • Your first and last name
  • Your shipping address
  • Your daytime contact number
  • A short description of why you're sending in your accessory
  • A copy of your proof of purchase

When we receive your in-warranty accessory, we'll send you a replacement free-of-charge!

The small type (you knew it was coming)
 
  • Motorola does not cover the shipping cost to our Return Good Division; we will, however, ship replacements to you at no cost.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method (Federal Express, UPS, DHL, etc.); Motorola is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment to the service center.
  • Depending on stock and availability of product, Motorola will send your replacement accessory within 10 - 15 business days
  • The warranty on your replacement accessory is for the balance of the orginal warranty.
